DDSP, a developer of hyperscale digital and decarbonized energy infrastructure across Asia-Pacific, today announced the completion of a financing transaction with Nomura in support of the first phase of DDSP’s 80MW Taiwan hyperscale data centre campus.

DDSP, a developer of hyperscale digital and decarbonized energy infrastructure across Asia-Pacific, today announced the successful financial close of a US$283 million green financing for the company’s hyperscale data centre campus in Johor, Malaysia, incorporating AI-ready liquid cooling technology.  The financing marks an important milestone in DDSP’s strategy to build next-generation, AI-ready digital infrastructure across Asia-Pacific.

Daniel brings deep leadership and execution experience in infrastructure investment, platform building, and scaling operational ventures. Over the past two decades, he has held multiple executive roles with a consistent track record of delivering complex projects, building high-performance teams, and driving disciplined capital deployment.

Keppel Ltd. (Keppel) is pleased to announce that its private fund, Keppel Data Centre Fund II (KDCF II), has entered into a joint venture (JV) with Digital Decarbonization Solutions Platform (DDSP), a digital infrastructure and decarbonised energy delivery company to develop an 80 MW Tier III-equivalent greenfield data centre campus (Taiwan DC Campus) in North Taiwan. KDCF II will hold a 50% interest in the joint venture, with the rest being held by DDSP.
