DDSP, a developer of hyperscale digital and decarbonized energy infrastructure across Asia-Pacific, today announced the successful financial close of a US$283 million green financing for the company’s hyperscale data centre campus in Johor, Malaysia, incorporating AI-ready liquid cooling technology.  The financing marks an important milestone in DDSP’s strategy to build next-generation, AI-ready digital infrastructure across Asia-Pacific.

Daniel Wong has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of DDSP. Daniel brings deep leadership and execution experience in infrastructure investment, platform building, and scaling operational ventures. Over the past two decades, he has held multiple executive roles with a consistent track record of delivering complex projects, building high-performance teams, and driving disciplined capital deployment.
