Established in 2022 around an integrated model, DDSP combines industrial and technical expertise with institutional investment and underwriting principles to deliver advanced cloud and AI infrastructure across APAC.
DDSP owns a portfolio of 1.1GW capacity across Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.

DDSP's professionals have collectively delivered more than 4.5GW of data centre capacity globally and bring over 750 years of combined experience across digital infrastructure, energy, and real estate development.
The team has operated across multiple regulatory jurisdictions and market cycles — covering the full development lifecycle from site origination and planning consent through to construction delivery and operational handover.
How We Operate
The integrated structure means one team manages the full development cycle — removing counterparty fragmentation through a single point of accountability from site selection to power-on.
Campus designs calibrated to current hyperscale requirements. Liquid cooling deployed as a design standard — consistent with AI accelerator cooling requirements and leading hyperscale specifications.
DDSP secures controlled power capacity then structures decarbonization pathways — through on-site renewables, long-term PPAs, and energy assets integrated into campuses. A portfolio approach designed for five distinct markets.
DDSP focuses on Asia Pacific — where the team has direct experience, established relationships with landowners, utilities, and regulators, and a working understanding of each market's regulatory and grid environment.
