Founded in 2022, DDSP develops hyperscale data centres and associated decarbonized energy infrastructure across Asia Pacific. Headquartered in Singapore, we originate, finance, develop and deliver critical digital infrastructure from site acquisition through to operations

Working alongside leading investors, financiers, customers and energy partners across the digital infrastructure ecosystem, DDSP creates scalable digital campuses designed to meet the region's growing demand for data centre capacity. Where appropriate, these developments are complemented by low-carbon energy assets that enhance sustainability, improve energy resilience and support long-term customer requirements

Today, DDSP's portfolio spans five strategic markets across Asia Pacific, representing approximately 1.1GW of controlled capacity. With projects under construction in Taiwan and Malaysia and additional campuses advancing through development in Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia, the platform continues to expand its presence in some of the region's most important digital infrastructure markets. DDSP also maintains an active pipeline of future opportunities across Asia Pacific, including Japan and Australia

Our team of more than 50 professionals operates across the region, bringing together expertise across development, engineering, construction, commercial management, finance, governance and operations. Collectively, the team has delivered more than 4.5GW of data centre capacity globally and contributes over 750 years of combined industry experience across digital infrastructure, energy and real estate development
